#64 Docking with CSM/Sat IVb Stack

I would like to dock with the Apollo CSM/SAT IVB stack
before I've ignited the SAT IVB. The docking MFD won't
acquire the other vessel. If I jettison the SAT IVB, then I
can dock.

I want to dock the whole stack with the ARES hab in
LEO, and then push it out of Earth orbit
