Indeed. I had no problem with that part of HPA's suggestion. That's
why I began by saying "Mostly it looks okay."

If HPA's suggestion were to be adopted in toto, then certainly. But my
point was more about aesthetics. In my experience, when adding a new
feature to a language, people have this gut feeling that reusing
existing keywords somehow lessens the impact of the change. Sometimes
this is true, but often it actually muddies the waters and introduces
greater potential for confusion.
