I have uploaded Jim Carlock's conversion of the Nasm Manual to:

Since I can't boot 'doze at the moment, someone is going to have to tell 
me whether it works or not. Since neither I nor the nasm-devel team are 
going to maintain this thing, someone is going to have to update it to 
reflect any major changes to Nasm (shouldn't be much of a problem at the 
rate Nasm is changing lately :)
