[Nasm-devel] Bugzilla doesn't work, "File not found"

Hi, the bugzilla bug entry page seems to be broken. My browser (Firefox
52.9.0 on Debian testing amd64) replies with this error message upon
clicking "Submit Bug" on https://bugzilla.nasm.us/enter_bug.cgi
