Hello! Here's a patch for NASM that adds the CMake build system. The CMake build system is nice because it allows the project to be built in multiple types of environments (like Visual Studio or with GNU Make.) I've noticed that NASM contains build files for Visual Studio. This would remove the need to maintain them, instead just maintaining the CMake file. It also supports packing the program with Debian, NSIS, RPM and a few different tarball formats. I've made it fairly readable, so it should be easy to maintain.
