[Nasm-devel] nasm-2.11.xx maintenance branch

Hi all,

I have tagged nasm-2.11.04 for release, and created a nasm-2.11.xx
maintenance branch.  The goal of this is for the master branch to turn
into a future 2.12 branch with the kind of changes we don't necessarily
want in a maintenance release.  That being said, I think I might have
erred too much on the side of caution: Cyrill's --v patch probably is
stable material, so I have cherry-picked it onto the stable branch (it
didn't make it into 2.11.04, though.)
