#187 NASM disassembler and assembler as a library

Hi there!

NASM is the BEST assembler ever :). Great job.
Anyway, it would be awesome to be able to use NASM assembling and disassembling engine as a library in C programs and other langages as well using bindings. It can be useful for inlining ASM code or studying binaries and such more thoroughly.
