I downloaded the most recent stable version just yesterday. The VS 2008 integration instructions work perfectly. However, of course Microsoft had to screw everything up with VS 2010 by coming out with a completely different method of third-party tool integration. I was wondering if it it in your plans to create the necessary files to allow integration with this new model.

I don't think any of the core developers use VS on a regular basis, but if someone does the work we will of course integrate it.
