#157 Info on required processor wanted

In inslist.src all commands appear with some tags denoting the needed processor features, e.g. KATMAI, SSE,
NEHALEM, UNDOC.
I would like to be able to get a list of the tags triggered with the used assembly statements.
Perhaps other statistical information could also provided.

One application would be to get enough info be sure that the resulting code will run on a specific CPU.
The cpu metacommand is not powerful enough.
