#111 Dynamic xml for addons, Extend the xml syntax

It would be nice to have a voice of menu "Dynamic
addons", where it is possible to add an url. The url
should generate a valid xml that could be used as a
standard xml of an addon by worldwind.
Every "Dynamic addon" could be seen as a Layer that can
be activated or not.
So would be possible for addons developers to have on
their own site the info they want to publish and these
info would be called dynamically by worldwind and the
info (like earthquakes or any other could be updated
dynamically)

For example I have a site (http://www.photogis.com)
where people can publish photos of places of the world.
I would be happy to do a dynamic addon for worldwind
and show on the world the links to the photos.
