#76 application error

System: HP-Dual-PIV 1,7GHz, 1GB RAM, Matrox G450-
DualHead, 32bit-color-depth. XP SP1.
After installing net1.1 and directx and worldwind 1.32 the
following alert box appear when trying to start the
application: Error in the application.
Followed by a new allert box: "The following error(s)
occured: Error in the application".
No hints to the origin of the problem.
The system is running in German.

Any Ideas ?
