#166 NFS shares won't mount after HAST/CARP switch

I am testing use of HAST with CARP to make NFS shares available to an ESXi machine in an HA configuration.

I have found that while I can get the HAST switch-over to occur correctly, the NFS datastores do not remount, throwing a

mountd[####]: mount request denied from 192.168.xxx.xxx for /mnt/datastore

whenever the client tries to reconnect. Restarting the mountd service (/etc/rc.d/mountd restart) allows the shares to come up - I have added this command to /usr/local/sbin/car-hast-switch near the end of the "master" section and the NFS shares now switch over correctly automatically.

NFS is not supported in 9.2/9.1 but 9.3.x.x should work.
    Please try 9.3.0.2.
