I downloaded the NaroCAD wrapper dll and it has a size of around 9.6 Mb. Still the wrapper seems to depend on OCC dlls.
Have you considered swig to build the OCC wrapper? Seems it would be a bettter approach. If anyone wants to start a project to do this I would happ to contribute.

Ideally the wrapper would maintain the modularity of the OCC code. Like this one:
