Thanks for running a webcache!

I am using the "lower" code for the MUTE protocol stuff and didn't
change the string for that, I don't think Eric (MFC) did either, not
sure if that would cause any security concerns. It also doesn't identify
itself when it connects, all another node knows is that it's a MUTE
client, and that might be a good thing.
