Happy Hollidays!

I added GWebCache support and would like any feedback on how
it works for you.
I also added code to attempt to support private filesharing
LANs. If you can test this, please do so.
The new code is available via anon CVS now, I will put up a
tar file after I test it for a while longer. More info in
the README file.
