I downloaded MUTE_fileSharing-0.4.1_Windows.exe
from two different servers.

Each time, Pestpatrol reports that
Win32/Naco.C1.Dropper is embedded in the file.

Napshare is not "MUTE_fileSharing-0.4.1_Windows.exe".
"NapShare2_2_4-Setup.exe" is the name of the napshare installer file for windows.
This is most likely a false positive, try scanning the file at
http://www.virustotal.com/
(napshare file above scanned by about 30 different programs, it comes out clean)
