#762 Use mozjpeg for jpeg compression

I don't know if you use libjpeg for (re)compressing jpeg files, but if it is the case, it should be relatively easy to replace it with mozjpeg which is, as far as I know, drop in replacement library. The quality of mozjpeg is much higher for files of the same size. You can verify this statement on https://squoosh.app/ for example.

Paired with this could be more control of compression level. Right now with PDF export there is very little:
