Dear Ben & team,
I love NAPS2 and am a long-time user! At my new Win10 PC however, I installed my Canon LaserBase MF3220 drivers and NAPS2, but I cannot scan grayscale anymore. I configured the color settings and the WIA 2.0 settings in a profile, the scanning works without any error, but always in color. Testing this from within Gimp, the grayscale scanning works, so the reason can't be driver or hardware, I assume.
Do you have an idea how to solve this issue? Grayscale scans are faster at my scanner and I would save the ex-post color conversion.
