#611 Deletes wrong page!

Aghghg.
There's a bug that deletes the wrong page.
I've hit it several times now, and have it somewhat repeatable.

I scan a multi-page two sided document,
flip and scan again,
then "alternate interleave",
and delete pages at the end.

The wrong page deletes!

Can you try with 6.1.0? I believe it should be fixed in the latest version.
