#592 Feature Request: Rescan/adding document between pages

Unless I didn't know how-to... It would be nice to be able to

1) Insert (Import) document in between pages. Currently, it will imported at the end of the document first, then one need to select all the pages and drag to where to insert. IMHO, it would be easier & faster if one can place the cursor in between two pages and insert documents in between.

2) Rescan/replace/insert pages. Somewhat similiar to 1) above. Nwely scanned pages are always at the end. Would be great if it can be add in between pages without dragging the pages from the end. Also for rescan (e.g. dirt on scanner), one could select multiple pages to over-write (or currently, delete them. But still need the 'new feature' to add new pages where the cursor is)
