Seems to delete wrong page / actually does correct page

#585 Seems to delete wrong page / actually does correct page
1) I scanned 5 pages, then another 5.
2) Pressed inteleave, then tried to undo, messed things up
3) Deleted a blank page.
The screen shifted and the original page was not deleted. So I deleted it again.
Basically what's happening is the correct page is delted, but the screen is updated wrong.
I have to press the zoom in/out buttons to get the display to properly update.
I will try to repeat with a scan that I can upload a screenshot of.
