#456 Would be handy if a Resize feature was added to NAPS2
I use NAPS2 quite a bit and one thing I often find lacking is a resize feature. I scan all sorts of items into NAPS2 and either save the images or create PDFs, but often I would like at least a simple resize feature that I could use before saving the images or creating the PDFs.
For example, often the items scanned in when viewed at 100% are quite large and I would resize them to 1/3 (~ 33%) or 1/2 (50%) of their size (if I could) before saving the images or creating the PDFs. This would result in many cases to images or PDFs that are perfectly satisfactory to me, but file sizes that are much smaller.
