I have a problem locating a scanner using NAPS2 in our Citrix environment. I've confirmed through TWACKER that the Citrix TWAIN driver re-direction is working. This problem occurs with the two scanner models I've tested (Kodak i2420 and Fujitsu fi-6130z). I've attached the error log, which details the error which occurs when attempting to pick a scanner when using the "Old DSM" option. As far as I can tell, the other TWAIN implementation options are unusable in Citrix, and don't work anyhow.
Note that version 4.7.2 does work using it's defaul TWAIN implementation. I've also tested version 5.3.1, which throws the same errors described above.

    found a work arrond check if it works,
    goto profiles, edit thr profile of the scanner, goto advanced and change the twain implementation to Old DSM.

    Same issue, I tried the "Old DSM" and the scanner is also not found. All other software works with the twain passthrough. I haven't tried the 4.7.2 yet. Looks like other people have reported the same problem. Any error logs I should look for that would be helpful?

    Update: I've tried almost every portable version (so i don't have to uninstall/reinstall) from 5.8.2 to 4.7.2 , and 4.7.2 is the only one that works. I tried changing to old dsm and legacy in advanced settings on all of them. Any ideas? I really like the fetures provided in the new versions.
