#1372 NAPS2 not communicating with one scanner
I have two scanners/printers connected. Both worked well in the past. Now, one of them is failing to communicate properly with NAPS2. Sometimes it says 'scanning Page 1' or 'acquiring data' or 'establishing connection' but nothing happens. Sometimes, after a long pause it says 'no documents in feeder' even if there are. Problem persists on TWAIN or WIA. Also on Glass or Feeder. Debuglog and error log attached. Any help gratefully received. And I'll done, I promise!
