#1345 Cannot download Languages to OCRize

Hi. I used once the OCR but had to reinstall the operating system.
Now I cannot use OCR function, because cannot download any language. It says "One or more files cannot be downloaded".
The error message is the same regardless the version of NAPS2: 6.1.X; 7.0.2; 7.9.5 or the last 7.5.3. I have Win7, and in the past all went well.
I tried to find the language file and "install" them manually. No luck.
