#1143 Square, disordered scans
Working perfectly until recently (following an update) now all scans come out square format, omitting the top third of the page, and even more weirdly, the bottom two thirds have been split in two and reordered so that the botom is now above the middle section. See attached. Scans using another interface work OK. I have tried deleting and reinstalling but the problem remains.
In your profile settings, under Advanced, Twain Implementation, can you try selecting "Native Transfer" or "Old DSM" and see if that makes a difference? If that doesn't work, have you tried the WIA driver?
Thank you. Switching to either Native or Old DSM both resolved the issue.
