Hello. NAPS2 7.4.0 x64
When scanning over a network, the TWAIN driver of the Pantum BM5100ADN ADF MFP is more than 1 page, everything is displayed correctly in the NAPS2 interface, however, when saving the file in PDF, the first page is larger, or the second and subsequent pages are smaller. Example pdf in attachment.
In your profile settings, under Advanced, try checking "Stretch to page size".
Yes, it looks good, but I think it should work by default without this option.
