Not able to scan in B&W or Grayscale
Scan documents to PDF and other file types, as simply as possible.

I try to get the NAPS2 to work on a Mac Studio with M2 cpu, it works ok with the SANE driver in color mode, but Greyscale or B&W scans, but no image will show! I also tried it on the same system with Windows 11 running through Parallels 19.3 with the same result except the image is completely black!
Anyone any ideas?
Josef
I forgot to mention the scanner is a Canon Lide 90
With SANE, can you follow these instructions to collect debug logs?
Hello Ben,
Thank you for your response, I have attached the debug log for the Mac
version, I hope it helps.
Thank you,
Josef
