Hi

The canon software supports duplex scanning by asking the user to re-insert the pages in to the ADF after scanning the first side.

Is it possible for NAPS to support this / or does it support it already (and if so what am i doing wrong?). I dont want to see the canon UI.

After putting the stack through twice and scanning both sides, you can use the Interleave option under the Reorder menu.

That works, using the alt interleave. Bit manual, but wonder if i can script it up to using cmd line.
what set of scans does the cmd line interleave work on?

You can use options like -n 2 -d 5000 --altinterleave. That will scan twice, with a 5 second delay in between for you to reinsert the paper, then perform alt interleave before saving.
