    Hi,
I'm running Windows 11, and have a Fujitsu Fi-5530C document scanner.
    I have some pages which are longer than A3. They're 297 x 487.
I've set the custom page size to this, but NAPS2 is only scanning to the Standard A3 length.
I read that you need to use Twain drivers to override this.
The problem I have is that Windows is refusing to install Twain drivers, and even Fujitsu's own software doesn't see the scanner when it's plugged in and switched on.
The PC is seeing the scanner, and it works great on standard paper sizes, but I really need it to scan to custom size.

So how do I for Windows 11 to use the Twain drivers?
    Thanks

In Windows - Print server settings I created a new Form called A3 long.
But back in NAPS2, it doesn't see the longer paper.
The system tells me that the longest that NAPS2 will see is A3, so how and what do I change, so that it sees the longer paper.
If I set a Custom paper size in NAPS2 Profile, it still cuts off scanning at 420, A3 size.

What's the problem with installing TWAIN drivers? You can try Windows compatibility mode.
