I've got the same problem. For A4 size I get 327 mm wide instead of 210 mm. Didn't find any way to influence this in the settings except "1:1", which I have chosen.

How can I scan a document at 1:1 scale. I see a setting that says 1:1, and it's set to that, but the scan comes in way too large, not at 1:1 scale.
