OCR can be great, but it can also mess up your files.
Examples: accidentally performing English OCR on a French text. Or French on a Dutch text.
Performing OCR on a handwritten text (which produces miserable results).
So you have to REMEMBER to use the correct settings before saving: "on/off" and the correct language. – Of course we forget.
What about a little reminder to help us use the right settings before saving?
An (optional) REMINDER POP-UP BOX for OCR settings!

If such prompt can be toggled on/off then it may be helpful. Possibly add to new Profile Sidebar (in version 8.x)?
Also, I regularly work with docs in different languages, and I have selected the relevant languages under OCR Language as "Multiple Languages" - that seems to do the job for me.
