I just downloaded naps2-7.3.1-win.exe directly from naps2.com.
When I try to install it on Windows 11, Microsoft Defender SmartScreen says that the App might be a risk for my computer.
Windows automatically marks files it hasn't seen before as unknown, and this is a new version. It'll go away in a week or two as more people use the latest version.
