I would like a button/setting to force OCR, even if there already is some text in the document. So a button to override the rule " NAPS2 follows a simple rule: if a page already has text, it leaves it alone; if it doesn't, OCR will be used."

The reason is, that i sometimes get PDF with no text but with a digital signature with text. The text int the signature disables the OCR from the whole document.
I am aware, that the ocr will probably make the signature invalid - but I can live with that.

To overcome the current rule, I use the browsers print to pdf feature to remove the text, and then NAPS2 to ocr.
