Not exactly, but if you use the "Auto Save" feature (enabled in your profile) you can check "Clear images after saving". The scans will be saved automatically and won't appear in the main screen at all.

I'll try to explain: We have some authorized Samsung service centers, I need to scan the proof-of-purchase of the phones for warranty purposes, and I need to save them with the imei of the phone.
So when I click on "Save as pdf" after scan is perfect because I can use the barcode scanner to read the IMEI of the label placed on the phones, but sometimes the girls in reception forgive to delete the old scans.

Okay, I see. I don't think there's currently any way to do what you want but I'll look into adding a setting like that.
I've added a "DeleteAfterSaving" option to appsettings.xml in the latest version (5.0b2) that you can use for this.
