#13 resume download support

Unless I'm much mistaken, there isn't any support for
resumining downloads in nap. I understand it's hard to
properly implement this considering the napster protocol,
but even wild guesses as to whether the to be
downloaded file is identical to the one we've already got
part of (or making the user specify it manually) would be
very useful. Thanks for the good work!
