#2 "go to target" in editor

It would be nice if you could right click on a target, and
select something like "Edit Target" in nantrunner and
have devstudio bring up the nant file to the line where
the target definition begins. It might also be nice for the
default double click behavior on the target to be
configurable ("Edit Target" or "Start Build").
