#133 StarTeamCheckout task dosn't work correctly

When 'deleteuncontrolled' is set to 'true' for StarTeamCheckout task, the task dosn't work as it should:

1. 'delete' method throws System.IO.IOException(Additional information: The directory is not empty.) while processing directory that is not empty and should be removed (directory exists in project localy but it is not in the repository )

2. 'delete' method deletes all files from PARENT folder that it processes (not from the folder that it processes) !!! - did somebody test this before releasing ??? :|
