#4 Crash on start up if docked & slided out

Hi,

I have just put 1.0.3 into my VSTS and I am running in LUA and this does not really matter as far as this bug is concerned.

I have decided to put the v1.0.3 into this directory:
%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\MSEnvShared\Addins

as this will then make the addin available to all users.

The addin works but if you dock the addin and unpin it to slide off to the edge. In other word hidden.

Close down VS and then restart VS. You will receive an COM exception E_UNEXPECTED.

If you leave the Addin docked and visible always, restarting VS does not generate this exception.
