This is on Mandriva Cooker with mono 1.2.6 and nant 0.86beta1 trying to build boo 0.8.0:
Boo.Lang.Useful:

[booc] Compiling 27 files to '/home/goetz/svn/boo/BUILD/boo-0.8.0/build/Boo.Lang.Useful.dll'.

BUILD FAILED - 0 non-fatal error(s), 1 warning(s)

/home/goetz/svn/boo/BUILD/boo-0.8.0/default.build(370,4):
External Program Failed: /home/goetz/svn/boo/BUILD/boo-0.8.0/build/booc.exe (return code was 255)

Total time: 1.9 seconds.

It builds fine with nant 0.85.

    Would it be possible to attach the full build log?

    I'll see if I can reproduce the issue (on Ubuntu) later today.

    This is now fixed in CVS (and I've added a corresponding unit test).

    We were no longer respecting the value of the UseRuntimeEngine property when overridden by a deriving class. This was introduced when we deprecated UseRuntimeEngine in favor of the Managed property. For more information, see the section on "Strict Execution" in the 0.86 Beta 1 release notes.

    Thanks for the report!
