#299 Cannot load Custom Logger assemblies

There does not seem to be a mechanism to load the
assemblies of custom IBuildLogger implementations, or
if such a mechanism does exist, it is not documented.

You can use the -ext[ension] switch to load "extension
assemblies". This will also make custom loggers available to
NAnt.

This is indeed not documented yet.
