Welcome to the wiki of NanoTrackJ!

NanoTrackJ is an ImageJ/Fiji plugin to characterize nanoparticle suspensions by tracking the brownian motion of diffraction patterns of diffusing nanoparticles. The plugin estimates the diffusion coeffcient of each particle and calculates the size distribution using the Stokes-Einstein relation.

How to install

1. Download the NanoTrackJ.zip
2. Unzip the file
3. Copy the NanoTrackJ_.jar file to the ImageJ/Plugins folder
4. Copy all files in jars folder to the Image/Plugins/jars folder
5. Restart ImageJ

Recommended way if you use Fiji
Add our update site ( http://sites.imagej.net/Biomedgroup/ ) to fiji by following this instructions
