Problem: Bash core dumps after adding 3-4 postings in row to the blog in FreeBSD 6.2. I can reproduce it on two different machines. If I'm using Bash 2, it runs without any problem.
It happens after the last steps, updating cache and so on. Any hint? I doubt it's FreeBSD specifix, maybe the script triggers a bug in the latest Bash?

I'm not familiar with how FreeBSD is setup, but it sounds to me like you might be hitting some kind of resource limitation imposed on the shell like ulimit. What do you see when you enter "ulimit -a" in Bash?
Please include the exact versions of Nanoblogger and Bash 2 in your next response.
Thanks,
