Welcome to the HTTP Out-Of-Band Monitor project.

This is a project to monitor all HTTP Traffic for return codes and other relevant data.
Why u ask? Collecting and Processing Logs sucks
1. Reading the log for real time stats is difficult and the more grandular you are the more I/O you use
2. No need to transfer logs
3. No logs needed, it monitors all HTTP traffic or filtered for one server
4. O impact to the server
5. It can do much more then just HTTP Return Codes (Could track Post requests, Sessions, etc)
6. It is truly Real Time statistics
7. It is free

So, This is why I am researching this project.

Later on, I might look in to doing HTTPS, and Session Tracking
