#2 Bug in the start or end time input

In the start (or end) textfields, the data input work fine, when we type '00:00 20.09.2008'
However, when we type '10:00 20.09.2008', the system gives an error about the starting hour.
By looking more in detail, the rrd2-system.cgi retrieves only the value '10' instead of '10:00 20.09.2008'.
It is to be noted that only the values
'00:00 20.09.2008', '08:00 20.09.2008' and '09:00 20.09.2008' work fine, all the others fail.
