See the hostdb = /etc/nagiosgraph/hostdb.conf entry in nagiosgraph.conf and the example hostdb.conf. It provides the ability to list all entries that show up in the services dropdown in the given order in the hostdb.conf file, not remove specific ones, so it will be a manual process for you to list all except one.

I`ve added phpfpm check for nagios but nagiosgraph cant visualize this data (so graphic is empty). How can I disable it from drop-down list?

as default nagiosgraph draw all checks with performance data. How I can disable graph in list (except removing performance data from check scripts)?
