Well, if you're on the nagios-users mailing list, you don't need me to tell you this, but things are currently hosed up real good somewhere. There is a nice mail storm going on that's causing about 25 dups of each message to be sent out on the list. If you think you've got it bad, I'm getting twice as many messages as you are (I get all bounce and quota exceeded messages that are resulting from this). For the time being I've changed the nagios- users list to be moderated - meaning nothing gets through unless I approved it. And I'm not going to approve anything until this all shakes out. Hopefully the last of the duplicate messages will stop sometime soon. I will try and keep the post-drinking desire to fall alseep at bay to make sure things settle down. Sometime tomorrow I'll try sending a test message to the list to see if anything has changed. I'll also try and let SourceForge know about the problem, although I don't know what kind of timely response we can expect. The other nagios mailing lists do not seem to be suffering from this mail storm problem. I shouldn't speak too soon though - you might get 25 copes of this message... At any rate, nearly 600 nagios-users subscribers are in the same boat that you are will all these dup messages. Misery loves company. What a great way to start a weekend (or a great way to start a Monday morning, depending on when you check email). Ethan Galstad, Nagios Developer --- Email: na...@na...
