#25 Bluecoat Proxy and ProxyAV - different snmp?

Hello

I've successfully installed the check_snmp_env.pl Nagios plugin for monitoring our Bluecoat proxies.
In fact I check two Bluecoat proxies and two Bluecoat ProxyAV's (AntiVirus solution).
The hardware is exactly the same but the software installed on it is different. Although both systems allow snmp requests it only works on the "normal" Bluecoat proxies.

The following command on the normal proxies gives the following output:
/usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_snmp_env.pl -H sgtcsg01 -C nagios -T bc
():empty, 3 fan OK 8 voltage OK 2 temp OK 1 disk OK : OK

The same command on the ProxyAV's gives this output:
No information found : UNKNOWN

Any clue what to do or how to solve it?
