Hey Lindsay, nice to hear somebody else finds it useful.
It was intentional to not remove things if they've been removed from the
nagios configuration. While they are marked as removed, in my environment
I need to keep track of machine's uptime history even if it no longer
exists. So I wrote nagios-db to support that. :)
Look at the configured field for more info.
