[Nagios-db-devel] Installing nagios-db

I think I must be missing something obvious right in front of me since 
I can't seem to find the answer to this question - how do you install 
and configure neb modules? (This one in particular).

I've gotten the module compiled by coping the neb/mysql directory into 
the nagios directory and running make.  Do I compile nagios after that 
and it gets included in or does the .o (object?) file need to be copied 
somewhere else.  After I get this where it needs to be, how do I 
configure the database parameters?  I'm sorry if this is an obvious 
question, but for the life of me I cannot find the answer.
